Check Your Yard Space
Water slides need flat grass (or hard surface with sandbag fee) and clearance from trees, fences, and power lines.
Confirm Water Access
You'll need a standard garden hose that can reach the setup area. We bring the slide — you provide the water.
Plan for Drainage
Water will run off the slide throughout the day. Make sure your yard can handle it.
Consider Your Guest Ages
Younger kids (3-8) do great with combos. Older kids and teens want the big thrills like the Tiki Plunge.
Book Early
Summer weekends fill up fast — especially June, July, and August. Don't wait until the last minute!

What areas do you serve in Western MA and Northern CT?
We serve the entire Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts including Springfield, Northampton, Amherst, Holyoke, Westfield, Chicopee, Greenfield, and the Berkshires. In Northern Connecticut, we cover Hartford County, Tolland County, and Litchfield County including Hartford, Enfield, Windsor, Avon, Simsbury, Granby, and surrounding towns.
What surface can water slides be set up on?
Water slides can be set up on grass (staked) or concrete/asphalt (using sandbag weights for an additional charge). Grass is preferred for drainage, but we can make other surfaces work — just let us know when you request your quote.
How much space do I need for a water slide?
Space requirements vary by slide size. Our largest slides need about 25' x 50' of flat space with clearance on all sides. We'll confirm space requirements when you book.
Do I need to provide water?
Yes! You'll need a standard garden hose that can reach the setup area. The hose runs continuously during use to keep the slide wet and slippery.
How long do I get to keep the water slide?
Our standard rental is a full day — typically 8-10 hours! Not the 3 or 6 hours like some other companies. We deliver in the morning and pick up in the evening.
Are your water slides safe?
Absolutely. All our water slides are commercial-grade, regularly inspected, and cleaned/sanitized before every rental. Our staff provides safety instructions during setup, and we recommend adult supervision at all times.
What happens if it rains?
Light drizzle is usually fine for water slides, but we do not operate during thunderstorms or high winds. We'll work with you to reschedule if weather is an issue. Safety always comes first!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — call us to check availability!
