What surface can tents be set up on?
Tents can be set up on grass (staked into the ground) or hard surfaces like concrete, asphalt, or decks (using water barrel weights). Let us know your surface type when you request a quote.
How much space do I need for a tent?
You'll need your tent size PLUS extra clearance on all sides for stakes and guy wires — typically 5-10 feet depending on the tent style. We'll confirm space requirements when you book.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes! We offer tables, chairs, linens, and complete event packages. Bundle everything together for the best value and simplest planning.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance. For smaller parties, 2-4 weeks is usually sufficient. Popular dates fill up fast!
What happens if it rains?
Our tents are waterproof and provide excellent protection from rain. We also offer sidewalls for additional wind and rain protection. Heavy storms may require rescheduling for safety.
Do you offer heating or cooling for tents?
Yes! We offer propane heaters for cooler weather and industrial fans for summer events. Ask about climate control options when you book.
Can you provide lighting for evening events?
Absolutely! We offer string lights, uplighting, and other lighting options to create the perfect ambiance for your event.
