You can either reschedule your event (subject to availability) or receive a raincheck valid for up to one year — no extra fees, no stress. Light rain is generally okay for waterslides (kids love it!). Note: Tents and tent packages are not included in the weather guarantee.

Do you require a deposit for Florence rentals?

We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your bounce house, waterslide, or tent rental date and equipment for your Florence event. The deposit can be paid securely online or over the phone. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and checks. The remaining balance is due at delivery. If you need to cancel, deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your event date (weather cancellations are always fully refundable).
